Qualifications

You are a passionate culinary professional with a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and hands‐on experience in high‐end or fine dining kitchens. With a genuine love for gastronomy, you delight in crafting dishes that are precise, creative, and unforgettable, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of the Sofitel brand. Every plate you prepare is an opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests, blending artistry, skill, and refinement.

Confident, polished, and highly motivated, you thrive in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments, maintaining impeccable hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards. You communicate effortlessly with your team, work seamlessly under pressure, and bring a proactive "can-do" attitude to every service. Flexible and reliable, you embrace a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering luxury fine dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
