- WFH and field-based in Brisbane, with support from a Sydney-based office.
- Salary: $100 –110k + Super + $10 – 20k bonus.

🎯As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth through new and existing accounts, focusing on winning business in the QLD market. With proven products, you’ll build trusted relationships while dedicated teams handle ongoing client support.

💼 About You:
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in a Territory Sales or BDM role
- Strong experience selling to C-suite executives
- Proven in-field sales success as a hunter, winning new business
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is ideal
- Ability to build strong relationships and retain/grow usage within an existing client base
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
🔧 Your Role:
- Maintain and grow clients within the Brisbane territory by prospecting and converting leads via face-to-face and phone meetings
- Generate current sales leads and actively canvas your territory
- Update the CRM for forecasting and pipeline management
- Nurture existing customers and convert them to 100% usage of the payment platform
- Perform account management tasks to maintain positive client relationships
