The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Team Assistant (Administration Assistant) to join our Sydney office on a full time, permanent basis. This role would suit someone with prior administration experience seeking the opportunity to progress into a Practice Executive (Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary) role in the future.

Joining as a Team Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks within the Sydney office. You will work closely with Practice Executives (Legal Secretaries), Lawyers & Senior Associates to provide day to day administrative support. Development within the Team Assistant role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

Requirements

* Previous administration and customer service experience.
* "Can do" and proactive approach.
* Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Behave in a professional manner, whilst presenting as pleasant and approachable at all times.
* Ability to learn new systems and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
