Gaming Attendant – Fountain Gate Hotel
We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. The role requires compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that guests will remember.
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
Qualifications
* Excellent people, detail and communication skills, and motivation to deliver a great experience for guests and teammates.
* Team player with flexible availability during the day, evenings and weekends.
* Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
* Commitment to staying true to yourself and ALH's values.
Inherent Requirements
* Hands‐on role involving manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
