What you'll be doing
We are looking for a SAP UI/UX Designer – Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, modern user experiences across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP landscapes. This role sits at the intersection of design, architecture, and business transformation, working closely with functional and technical teams to redefine how users interact with SAP systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end UX strategy and design across SAP S/4HANA and BTP solutions.
* Define and govern UI/UX architecture aligned to SAP Fiori design principles.
* Facilitate design thinking workshops with business stakeholders.
* Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Drive adoption of Fiori apps, UX personas, and role-based design.
* Collaborate with functional consultants and developers.
* Ensure consistency across design systems and UX standards.
* Provide leadership across UX governance and innovation.

What will make you successful in this role?
* Strong experience with SAP Fiori / Fiori Launchpad.
* Experience with SAP UI5 and SAP BTP UX services.
* Understanding of Fiori design guidelines and role-based UX design.
* Ability to define end-to-end UX architecture.
* Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
* Experience on SAP S/4HANA or BTP projects.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
* Experience supporting bids, solution design, and client presentations.
Highly desirable
* Experience across Public and Private Cloud SAP environments
* Exposure to BTP extensions (CAP, UI5, Fiori Elements)
* Experience with mobile UX or field workforce solutions
* Design Thinking facilitation or certification
