Key Store Leadership Role

As a key member of our store team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong leadership and management skills. Reporting into the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure quality management of store administrative processes and systems across office and back of house inventory.

* Develop and coach your team members to enhance their performance and job satisfaction
* Manage the financial performance of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources
* Plan, prioritize and forecast daily work requirements to optimize productivity and efficiency
* Implement strategies to minimize losses and reduce expenses
* Oversee safe and efficient inventory management practices across the store
* Enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers by creating an engaging and welcoming environment
