About the role
You'll work closely with senior leaders across your portfolio to shape and deliver people strategies that enable business performance across a diverse, multi-site education environment.
You'll act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of HR—balancing strategic input with hands‐on delivery across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and talent initiatives.
What you'll be doing
* Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities
* Lead workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives
* Provide expert ER/IR advice and manage complex people matters
* Support organisational change and transformation
* Drive performance, talent and succession outcomes
* Coach leaders to build capability and engagement
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement
