What You'll Do
* Be the first impression – greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
* Solve and support – handle enquiries, process memberships and bookings, and make every interaction seamless.
* Keep things running smoothly – assist with transactions, cash management, and essential admin tasks.
* Bring the vibe – ensure our community feels valued, supported, and excited to return.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
* Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
