The Role
As a Sales Consultant at Liviti, you are responsible for closing Buyer's Agency and Advisory service packages.
* Source, qualify, and close your own opportunities (with inbound and outbound support)
* Run decisive, strategy-led sales conversations
* Position Liviti's services as a logical next step, not a hard sell
* Own your pipeline end-to-end like a business owner
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct high-trust sales consultations (Zoom / phone)
* Diagnose client goals, objections, and decision barriers quickly
* Present Liviti's Buyer's Agency and Advisory services with authority
* Close high-ticket deals confidently and ethically
* Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and deal momentum
* Coordinate clean handovers to Buyer's Agents post‐sale
What We're Looking For (Non‐Negotiable)
* Proven experience closing $20+ offers (property, advisory, coaching, consulting, finance, or similar)
* Success in commission‐only or contractor sales environments
* Comfort leading conversations with affluent or sophisticated buyers
* Strong objection handling without manipulation or fluff
* High personal accountability — no excuses, no passengers
You'll Stand Out If You:
* Have sold buyer's agency, property advisory, or wealth services before
* Understand long‐cycle, trust‐based sales
* Are motivated by autonomy, performance, and income — not titles
* Treat your pipeline like an asset
* Want to build long‐term earning power, not chase quick wins
Compensation & Upside
* High commissions per closed deal
* Uncapped earnings
* $250K–$500K+ achievable for disciplined closers
* No ceiling — performance dictates income
