The Opportunity
Take charge of a close-knit fabrication branch in Edinburgh North. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What You'll Do
* Manage end-to-end branch operations — fabrication, scheduling, procurement, budgets, and client service.
* Lead and mentor a small workshop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
* Oversee inventory, suppliers, and workflow to maintain seamless project delivery.
* Track performance metrics, financials, and reporting to support continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider management team.
What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' leadership experience in steel fabrication or related manufacturing.
* Practical understanding of welding, fabrication standards, and workshop processes.
