Responsibilities
* 8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling), with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior support role.
* Proven experience with CATS in a support context, including configuration, issue resolution, and integration with HR and CO.
* Knowledge of FS-CD, RE-FX, and Reinsurance modules as needed.
* Strong understanding of finance operations in the insurance industry.
* Experience working in an Application Support & Maintenance (AMS) environment.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
