We are seeking a motivated Clinic Support Officer to join our Psychology Clinics team, providing high-quality reception and administrative support within our clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for patients and stakeholders, providing professional and timely assistance.
* Manage appointments, waitlists, and patient records using the Patient Management System.
* Process payments, perform daily reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
* Maintain clinic databases, prepare routine correspondence, and support patient record administration.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment and ensure compliance with University policies and relevant legislation.
About you
* An Associate Diploma with relevant experience or a combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
* Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Strong IT skills and experience in the use of the MS suite of programs and applications.

This is a fixed-term (until 18 December 2026), part-time (60% FTE) position based at Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $76,126 - $80,321 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $89,067 - $93,976 per annum.
