We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Guitar teacher to join our music school from mid-June.
This is a casual teaching opportunity with an immediate roster of existing students, offering approximately 20 hours per week across:
* Monday - Fridays mid afternoons and evenings
* Full-day Saturdays
Who we're looking for:
We're after someone who genuinely enjoys teaching and understands that great music education is about more than just technical ability — it's about building relationships, communicating well, and helping students achieve their individual musical goals.
Formal qualifications are not required.
What matters most is that you:
* Are confident teaching guitar to a range of ages and abilities
* Communicate clearly and professionally with students and families
* Are dependable, organised, and personable
* Can create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Value long-term student development and retention
* Hold a current Working with Children Check before commencing employment
