About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales growth and expand our customer base in Alexandria and the surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue across our full range of electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and industrial clients
* Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on retention and growth
* Work closely with the internal sales and projects team to ensure excellent customer service
* Represent TLE Alexandria at trade events and industry functions

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
