Your new role
As a Planner/Scheduler, you'll play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of product. You'll be responsible for planning daily transport schedules, updating delivery information in our systems, managing back orders to minimise delays, and providing backup support to our Customer Service team when needed. Full training will be provided, with initial hours from 6am-2pm before transitioning to a standard 8am-4pm schedule.

* Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain operations
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to lead by example
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* EXO software experience (desirable but not essential)
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
