As the People & Culture Assistant, you will perform a generalist support role encompassing all aspects of HR administration with focus on team support, record keeping and system maintenance. Key responsibilities of this role: Assisting with general HR administration such as system access, maintaining accurate and complete Personnel Records and supporting HR metrics reporting System Administration and maintenance of all HR systems including; ELMO (HRIS), MyGuide (Learning) & Kronos Workforce Ready (T&A) Supporting end-to-end recruitment process from writing and posting effective Job Advertisements, providing interview coordination and assisting with ensuring fairness of process and decision making Support end-to-end onboarding process by action appropriate onboarding workflows for new team members and line managers Providing adhoc Payroll support by actioning any changes via ELMO, ensuring accurate timesheet reporting via Kronos Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have: Degree/Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline Sound understanding of HR practice in Australia (Good understanding of Fairwork and Award interpretation) Sound administrative and organisational skills Excellent attention to details Adherence to confidentiality Good problem solving skills Ability to apply knowledge to identify process improvements Excellent customer service skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders MS Office Suite efficient Document design and layout advantageous (training material development etc.) Previous experience in an administrative role Previous experience in an HR Admin role desirable but not essential Previous experience in retail desirable If you have the drive, passion and willingness to achieve instrumental results, apply today!
