What you'll do:
* Hunt for new business and build relationships with potential advertisers
* Nurture existing client relationships, understanding their business needs and advertising goals
* Create tailored advertising solutions that work for your clients
* Coordinate campaign implementation and monitor performance
* Prepare client proposals and presentations
* Spot upsell opportunities to grow business with existing clients
What we're looking for:
* Experience in advertising account management or sales (radio/media industry preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Great at multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
