Voyager Estate has been a producer of world-class Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon for almost 50 years, creating products and experiences that are guided by nature, crafted with care and shared with generosity. Part of the Landsmith Collection, Voyager Estate will also welcome guests from nearby Wallcliffe House, currently being rebuilt as an exclusive boutique hotel.

As Head of Guest Experience, you will build and inspire a team who are passionate about crafting something genuinely special to be shared with guests.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated to make their mark and deliver something extraordinary. You are operationally strong, commercially aware, a relationship builder, and lead by example. You understand how to drive revenue, develop teams, elevate standards, and create an environment people genuinely want to be part of.

* A minimum of 15 years’ experience in high-end hospitality / with luxury brands
You will be responsible for
* Direct to consumer sales strategy, execution and growth
* Leading the Guest Loyalty program
* Building and mentoring a world class guest experience and sales team
* Design and delivery of extraordinary hospitality – food and beverage, events, activations and experiences
* Being a Brand Guardian and Voyager Estate Ambassador
