About the Role
You will be part of a casual position that requires flexibility to cover a variety of hours across a Monday‑Sunday roster, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable, empowering retail experiences to customers.
- Use initiative to resolve customer queries independently.
- Communicate clearly and positively, reflecting the brand’s values.
- Support store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising as needed.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is desirable but not mandatory.
