Executive Assistant – Women's & Children's Services Team.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high‐level administrative and confidential support to senior leaders within Women's and Children's Services. The role involves working closely with clinicians, allied health professionals and administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of the office, accurate data management and efficient coordination of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Office Coordination: manage workflows, communications and ensure confidential operations of the office.
* Data & Records Management: maintain accurate information, develop innovative filing systems and ensure compliance with health information standards.
* IT Systems Proficiency: use Microsoft 365, digital platforms and clinical information systems to support reporting and administration.
* Team Collaboration: work effectively with clinicians and administrative colleagues to support service delivery.
Essential Criteria
* Current Working with Children Registration.
Desirable Criteria
* Completion of a Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary range: $76,849 to $82,996 (plus 12% superannuation). Salary packaging and other benefits are available to eligible candidates, including:
