What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in baking
Knowledge and experience with sourdough production preferred
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and high standards
A positive attitude and willingness to grow within a dynamic business
Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including nights and weekends
Your Responsibilities
Working alongside our growing bakery team to produce high-quality sourdough bread
Performing core baking tasks including mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking
Following processes carefully to ensure consistency and exceptional product quality
Operating bakery equipment independently, including mixers, ovens, oven loaders, dividers, dough breakers, and provers
Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace in line with health and safety standards
