This role offers mentorship by industry leaders in a dynamic office environment and exposure to the mechanics of a premier digital agency. You will work with a world-class fulfillment team in support of client success.
Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and researching businesses that could benefit from our Google Ads expertise.
* Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect's business goals and current digital presence.
* Present AIA's value proposition, explaining how our custom strategies drive real ROI and lead generation.
* Manage your sales pipeline diligently, ensuring consistent follow-ups and moving prospects through the funnel.
* Liaise with our Ads Experts in the office to prepare basic audits or proposals that showcase potential opportunities for clients.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses within our CRM and project management tools.
* Stay hungry for knowledge, learning the core benefits of Search, Shopping, and PMax to better communicate value.
* Participate in face-to-face team huddles, sales training, and collaborative strategy sessions.
* Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach volume, meeting bookings, and lead qualification.
* Be proactive and organized in your communication with both the team and potential clients.
Qualifications
* Experience: 1–2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer service. Digital marketing exposure is a major plus.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You are confident and professional when speaking with business owners.
* Persistence: A resilient mindset and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
* Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of Google Ads and a willingness to master the platform's core benefits.
* Organization: Strong time-management skills; you never let a lead fall through the cracks.
* Location & Availability: Must be living in New South Wales, Australia, and available to work full-time (Monday to Friday) onsite at our office.
* Onsite Collaboration: Work directly alongside our digital marketing experts in a vibrant, supportive team environment.
* All tasks and lead management are handled in ClickUp, our centralized platform.
* You will be provided with a dedicated Australian Internet Advertising Google Workspace account.
* Workstations, necessary software, and tools will be fully provided at the office to ensure your success.
* We provide comprehensive, hands-on sales training, scripts, and ongoing mentorship.
