Our services aim to transform challenges into opportunities, supporting lasting participation and well-being. Based in Perth, we provide high-quality Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to NDIS clients across the region, with teams located both north and south of the river.
Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Baldivis, WA, with opportunities for remote work available.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments
* Design and implement tailored therapy plans
* Provide rehabilitation services
* Support client progress through effective communication and collaboration
* Work with clients of all ages, including in pediatric settings
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care and positive outcomes
Qualifications
* Expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment and intervention planning
* Knowledge and experience in Rehabilitation and Medicine for diverse client needs
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members
* Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations
* Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration with an Australian professional body
* Ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining in-office and remote responsibilities
* Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an advantage
