We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our South Australian Investigations unit as the Investigation Support Officer. You will work closely with our Investigations team, wider corporate services team, and Divisional Managers in ensuring the smooth running of the day‐to‐day operations.

About You

We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to work as our Investigation Support Officer, specifically supporting our Investigations division. We perform personal injury investigations across the whole of SA for clients including large corporations, government entities, self‐insured companies and the legal profession.

We are ideally seeking full‐time candidates who want to make their mark on Procare's expanding SA operations and assist us to excel in this State's portfolio management. Candidates with 4 days availability will be considered.

Experience with operations, administration, customer service and portfolio management will be viewed favourably. This is a fast‐paced role, so an ability to multi‐task and adjust to urgent client requests is a must!

Responsibilities

* Responding to enquiries via phone and email from both internal and external parties;
* Updating our valued clients on the progress of investigation cases and managing portfolio aspects including timeframes, SLA requirements, workflows and resource capacity management;
* Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
* Liaising with suppliers to coordinate required services for investigators;
* Data entry and administration within our SaaS case management system;
* Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution;
* A myriad of other interesting support tasks that may be required.
