Reporting to the Collateral Business Manager, the Sales Performance Specialist is responsible for driving volume, revenue and profit growth across Accessories, Finance & Insurance by analysing performance data, developing strategic sales plans and supporting regional teams to drive performance.

How you'll make an impact
Sales Performance :
Forecast sales volumes and revenue / profit targets based on historical data, market trends and promotional calendars
Develop and manage sales volume and revenue / profit plans for Accessories, Finance & Insurance
Assist in campaign design and execution to support vehicle sales objectives
Refresh current Accessory packs to encourage multi pack purchases
Design and implement strategies for slow-moving accessories to improve turnover
Support the execution of wholesale discount programs as required
Performance Management :
Monitor and report Month-to-Date (MTD) Wholesale / Retail AFR (Accessory Fit Rate) performance, Finance contracts and penetration performance and Insurance quote and penetration performance
Provide actionable insights and strategies to drive improvement and performance
Conduct deep dives into performance and handover tailored strategies to regional teams to implement
Track and report accessory sales performance to Honda global teams
Stock and Inventory Optimization - Accessories :
Analyse dealer stock levels to ensure optimal accessory inventory is available to meet retail targets
Collaborate with supply and parts teams for effective stock management
Support showroom car allocation strategies to promote accessory sales
