This is a hands-on role which requires a friendly and enthusiastic person who can perform a variety of administrative and customer service duties.
**Duties (Role Requirements) Include but not limited to**:
- Being the first point of contact with phone calls and walk in clients.
- Assisting various departments with quote information.
- Assist with purchase orders and Invoicing.
- Organising the daily freight.
- General Administration duties as required.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- (Highly Preferred) MYOB Advanced experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible and willing as a team to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- A great attitude to problem-solve.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
