Care Support Specialist
We are seeking Care Support Specialists to join our team, providing care and support services to individuals in their own homes.
This role involves assisting clients with daily living and lifestyle requirements, focusing on person-centred care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Offering social support and transportation, including social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
* Assisting clients with the use of aids, such as standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
* Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting on their progress
* Attending staff meetings and participating in training as required
Requirements:
* Australian Federal Police Clearance
* Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
* Smartphone with internet access
