Job Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead and manage a high-performing portfolio across Utilities & EPCs in Australia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Utilities sector.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Manager Should Have
Proven experience in sales within the Utilities & Energy sector.
A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are highly regarded.
Technical understanding of transformers and HV utilities.
