Note: You must hold a valid certificate of Registration / completed an Assistant Agent Course in NSWAbout the roleLiaise with vendors and buyers to ensure they are receiving quality real estate servicesProvide end-to-end administrative supportHandling enquiries and processing of paperwork as directedAssist sales agent with open homes and private inspectionsResearch and identify new opportunitiesDaily support of prospecting activities including but not limited to phone prospecting and letterbox dropsRespond for and on behalf of the team in a timely fashionMaintain and manage all data entry into CRM and sales softwareOur requirementsYou must hold a valid certificate of Registration / completed an Assistant Agent Course in NSWMust own a reliable car and hold a current driver's licenceExperience within an admin/customer service capacityMust have strong attention to detail and be well organisedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAn ability to work autonomously and is trustworthyYou're well presented and conduct yourself in a professional mannerAll applications will be handled in the strictest confidence with only shortlisted candidates contacted.
