1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJob reference: #16031Brand: Lumus ImagingLocation: BrisbaneWork type: Full Time (Permanent)Lumus Imaging has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Project Administrator to join our team working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer!This role’s primary purpose is to provide exceptional project administrative and organisational support to the Chief Commercial Officer and their broader team to drive business expansion through Greenfield initiatives, optimising existing Lumus Imaging sites, and supporting merger and acquisition (M&A) activities.This role is instrumental in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer to drive operational excellence, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting the overall growth strategy for the organisation.The role also supports key commercial relationships and strategic partners who the Chief Commercial Officer liaises with on a daily and regular basis.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support - work closely with CCO and senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of all administration functionsStakeholder Management - Accountability for planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships for projects & initiatives to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.Commercial Project Support - Work closely with the CCO and their senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
