About the company
Moggy's Group started with Moggy's Developments in 2013, building award-winning homes and has grown every year since then. Director James Mogford added Ocean Reef Pools to the portfolio in 2017 followed by Endurance Sheds in 2018.
In 2021, Easyloc Aluminium and Powder Coating was purchased to complement the group and Moggy's Transport was created out of a need to control our own freight.
In 2022 Moggy's Group moved into a new purpose-built premise in Centurion Drive, Paget, which is managed by Moggy's Commercial Investments (MCI) and features a new Pool Display Centre. In 2023 we added Transportable Shade Sheds to our group, Marchant Signs and Engraving came on board in 2024 and in 2025 we welcomed Dog Gone Fencing and Sun City Signs.

About the role
Moggy's Group is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join the growing team at Dog Gone Fencing. This is a full-time position.
You will work within our team to ensure a smooth customer journey for our clients. You will talk to clients, understand their needs, prepare quotes and ensure customers are well-informed and happy.
We understand you may not have specific experience in this field or industry but we will offer training, development and support.
The thing is, experience is great, but what we really value at Moggy's Group is work ethic, perseverance and commitment.

Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Creating and following up quotes.
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
* Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
* Liaising with clients and install teams.
* Creating new business and exploring new growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role you need:
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
* A current manual QLD drivers' licence.
* An appropriate visa to work in Australia.
* To be self motivated and able to work independently.
* A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.
