Title: Head Trainer, Greystone College
Start date: Immediate
Report to: Director of Training
Purpose of the Position
Reporting to the Director of Training, the Head Trainer will provide on-campus support for students and support academic management with a range of administrative tasks, such as conducting student completions and student progress meetings. The Head Trainer works collaboratively with other teams to support student progression, while maintaining a clear focus on academic oversight and support. The Head Trainer is part of the core Greystone College Academic Team, providing leadership and demonstration of our core values and missions within the wider community.

* Technology skills required to navigate Microsoft 365 programs, Moodle (LMS), Odyssey, SharePoint and other programs and platforms as required
* This position is people facing and requires attendance on campus 3 days a week at a minimum
Qualifications
* TAE40110 equivalent or above
* Qualifications in Business, Education or Management
* Other relevant VET qualifications
Work Location and Attendance
* The Head Trainer position is a people-facing position that requires a minimum attendance of three days on campus to ensure students and Greystone College staff are adequately supported. The specific days and times will be confirmed by the manager. This position requires a working day on Saturday. This position is based at our Perth campus.
* During term break periods, on-campus attendance may be adjusted based on operational requirements and written agreement with the Director of Training
* Full and unrestricted work rights in Australia required
