Job Description Sales & Client Activity
* Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with B2B clients, site owners, and key stakeholders
* Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads
* Support the progression of opportunities to Qualified-to-Buy and Deal-Won stage
* Assist Business Development Managers with follow-ups, proposals, and client communications
Pipeline & CRM Management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot CRM
* Ensure all opportunities are regularly updated with correct follow-up actions, close dates, and deal information
* Monitor pipeline hygiene and identify outdated or stalled opportunities
* Support preparation of sales reports and dashboards as required
Client Communication & Retention
* Respond to client enquiries within agreed response timeframes
* Conduct regular client check-ins to support retention and repeat business
* Coordinate internal handovers between sales, projects, and operations teams
Administration & Support
* Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
* Maintain professional documentation and correspondence
* Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and systems
Qualifications
* Experience in a sales support, customer service, coordination, or business development role
* Exposure to B2B environments and CRM systems preferred
* Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms advantageous
* Commitment to providing a high level of service across written, phone, and face-to-face channels
* High level of accuracy in CRM data, reporting, and written communication
* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
