Gateways Support Services is a not-for-profit community organisation making a positive difference in the lives of people with a disability or additional needs and their families for more than 20 years providing a range of services including Therapy, Recreation, Support Coordination, Individual Support and Accommodation Services.

**About the role**
The HR Administration is one of two positions working closely together with the Recruitment team to provide Onboarding of new employees via employment contracts and Onboarding processes. We have a new HRIS in process of implementation with an Onboarding system which will streamline the position and help with fast paced accuracy of onboarding.
We are looking for someone with a passion for HR administration and HRIS Onboarding as well general HR administration. There is opportunity to develop and grow with the role.

**Selection Criteria**
- Qualifications in HR or Administration preferred or experience working in HR/or similar background.
- Ability to process and work with a volume and variety of HR Administration accurately.
- Skills in Microsoft Office programs and preferably experience with an HRIS or Onboarding system.
- Strong organisational ability and able to manage high workloads.
- Commitment to adhering to / implementing organisational policies and programs with a high level of accountability.
- Current and unrestricted driver's license, preferably with access to own vehicle.
- Supply a Working with Children Check for an Employee
- Cleared NDIS screening check prior to commencement
- Current working with children check
- Complete the NDIS Worker Orientation online training prior to commencement
- Fully Vaccinated (including booster)
