Are you a hungry, ambitious, and resilient professional looking to launch or accelerate your career in high-growth B2B SaaS sales?
Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the engine of their sales function. You will be the crucial first point of contact for businesses ready to transform their operations with their next-generation Project Management and Business Centralisation platform. This solution is like an all-in-one ERP, consolidating financials, communication, document management, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting: Conduct strategic research to identify and qualify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key decision-makers within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Outreach Execution: Execute high-volume, personalised, and creative outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
Lead Qualification: Master sales methodologies (like BANT or MEDDIC) to qualify prospects on their needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
Pipeline Management: Successfully book and hand off qualified discovery calls and meetings to the Account Executive team, ensuring a smooth transition.
CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of all activities and prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), providing accurate forecasts for the pipeline.
Market Insight: Provide essential feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams on messaging effectiveness and market receptivity.
What You'll Bring
Drive & Tenacity: A relentless work ethic, a resilient attitude, and a strong desire to hit and exceed monthly targets.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional phone presence and the ability to craft compelling, concise, and professional written communications.
SaaS Sales Interest: A genuine interest in the B2B SaaS landscape and a foundational understanding of how platforms like ERP/Project Management systems transform business operations.
Process Oriented: Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and juggle a large pipeline of leads and activities.
Experience: 6+ months of experience in a sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing role is highly desirable.
