Overview

Brand Warrior is a creative marketing and sales agency delivering high-end solutions for clients in wine, tourism, retail, and hospitality. Our team of talented, highly engaged professionals works across both Adelaide and Barossa, managing projects that reach domestic and international audiences. The Client Marketing Lead is a senior, client-facing role responsible for driving marketing strategy, execution, and cross-pillar collaboration across Brand Warrior's Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams. This role works closely with the Client Sales Lead and Creative Lead to ensure all marketing and creative outputs are cohesive, on-brand, and delivered with measurable impact.

The Role

The Client Marketing Lead will develop and deliver innovative marketing solutions for clients, ensuring campaigns, content, and communications meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on, strategic role: you'll directly manage key marketing activities while overseeing the broader production of client assets, including branding, social media identities, EDM templates, and creative collateral. You'll collaborate closely with the Client Sales Lead and Creative Lead to ensure all outputs are cohesive, on-brand, and generate measurable impact for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Client Leadership

* Lead marketing strategy across campaigns, ongoing projects, and brand initiatives.
* Act as a trusted client advisor, providing insights, recommendations, and guidance that drive business outcomes.
* Collaborate with the Client Sales Lead to align marketing activities with sales objectives and client goals.
* Partner with the Creative Lead to ensure all creative outputs support strategic goals and client expectations.

Hands-On Marketing Execution

* Build, launch, and manage digital campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, EDMs, and website copy.
* Write compelling, on-brand copy for social, email, web, and other client communications.
* Develop structured content plans and campaign schedules to meet client objectives.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategy for optimal results.

Oversight & Production Management

* Oversee the production of client marketing assets, including branding, social media identities, EDM templates, and collateral.
* Ensure all outputs meet Brand Warrior standards for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
* Guide and mentor team members contributing to client projects, supporting them to deliver to the brief and on time.
* Maintain a library of marketing assets and templates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.

Collaboration & Agency Integration

* Act as a bridge between Marketing, Creative, and Sales, ensuring cohesive messaging and execution across all pillars.
* Contribute to internal discussions on processes, workflows, and efficiencies to enhance overall agency delivery.
* Support the team in client presentations, pitches, and project planning as required.

Tools & Technology

* Confidently use Asana for project management and Everhour for time tracking.
* Work across digital platforms, including Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, and WordPress (or similar).
* Manage social media scheduling via platforms like Later, applying best practices in tone, visuals, and engagement.

About You

* Experienced in marketing, communications, or client-facing roles, ideally within an agency or client-service environment.
* Creative, strategic, and highly organised, with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident in using digital marketing platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, EDMs, website content management, and social media scheduling.
* Experienced or willing to engage with project management and time-tracking tools such as Asana and Everhour to track tasks, time, and billables.
* Strong collaborator, able to work effectively across Sales, Creative, and Marketing pillars.
* A self-starter with professional confidence, initiative, and a client-focused mindset.
* Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and committed to delivering measurable impact for clients.
