About the Role
* Lead development and execution of a corporate marketing strategy aligned to business priorities.
* Deliver integrated, multi‐channel campaigns across brand, content, digital, and social.
* Own end‐to‐end social media strategy (organic and paid), including targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
* Drive content strategy and execution to enhance brand narrative, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
* Lead digital and website strategy, focusing on user experience, optimisation, and engagement.
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape positioning and support business growth objectives.
* Manage external agencies and internal teams to deliver high‐quality marketing outputs.
* Oversee brand governance and ensure consistent application across all channels and touchpoints.
* Support growth across key investor segments, including institutional investors and family offices.
About You
* 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing within funds management, asset management, or financial services.
* Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives end‐to‐end (strategy through execution).
* Strong experience delivering integrated, multi‐channel marketing campaigns.
* Deep expertise in social media (organic and paid) and content ecosystems.
* Solid understanding of digital platforms, website strategy, and performance analytics.
* Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross‐functional teams.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long‐term brand building with measurable commercial outcomes.
