**The Role**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, Service Performance this role will support the licensing administration, meter management, compliance, and customer service across the Port Phillip & Westernport region.
This will be achieved through:
- Managing asset installation, maintenance, and recording.
- Engaging with and managing internal and external stakeholders in the community.
- Undertaking compliance and enforcement activities.
**Your Skills and Experience**:
- Strong experience in a licensing/compliance role.
- Ability to investigate issues and enforce regulations/policies as required.
- Understanding of water resource policy and legislation e.g. Water Act 1989.
- Confident knowledge of water resource management and agricultural practices.
- Great stakeholder engagement skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
