About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or early-career Speech Pathologist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client outcomes. You will:
Responsibilities
* Build and manage your own client base with the freedom to choose when, where, and how much you work.
* Deliver evidence-based, client-focused speech pathology services across various referral pathways.
* Be supported by centralised administrative functions including client onboarding, service agreements, and invoicing, allowing you to focus on clients.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
* Current SPA registration (or eligibility for membership).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one.
* Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills, with a collaborative, ethical, and client-focused approach.
* Suitable technology and means to deliver both in-person and telehealth services.
