The Opportunity
Our client is a high-growth, Private Equity backed technology business with a strong market position and continued global expansion. The business operates in a highly commercial and performance‐driven environment, with ongoing investment in the finance function to support strategic decision making.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of FP&A and working closely with senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
* Lead the monthly reporting cycle, including preparation of board packs, performance analysis and executive insights
* Support and progressively take ownership of the group budgeting and forecasting processes
* Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis and business performance tracking
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision making and drive financial outcomes
* Analyse key business drivers including revenue, margin and cost performance
* Support preparation of business cases, investment analysis and strategic initiatives
* Contribute to M&A and broader corporate development activity
* Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting and overall financial processes
* Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
The Expertise
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
* CA or CPA qualification, or working towards completion
* 3 to 6 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar environment
* Strong capability across budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
* Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability
* Exposure to Power BI or similar tools viewed favourably
* A commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement capability
* Experience within a Private Equity backed business or Big 4 / leading mid tier Deals, Transactions or Corporate Finance teams will be highly regarded
