About the opportunity
Research evidence based practice and implement into current practice.
Identify and prioritise the professional development needs of staff.
Develop, implement and evaluate learning activities across the organization in collaboration with the Quality Manager and relevant managers.
Implement, facilitate and evaluate effective clinical orientation programs for clinical staff current to the environment.
Develop and implement, monitor clinical competencies.
What you'll bring
Qualified Registered Nurse with current APHRA registration
Post graduate qualifications in education & training or working towards
Previous experience in clinical education
Knowledge of contemporary nursing and evidence based practice
Knowledge and experience in leading and managing change
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of Subacute educational requirements.
Requirements for proof
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
