The Role
* Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across accounting and tax matters
* Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for various entities
* Assist with BAS/IAS preparation and lodgements
* Support senior team members with tax planning and advisory work
* Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships
* Complete reconciliations, journals, and general compliance tasks
* Manage your workflow to meet deadlines and lodgement requirementsMaintain accurate client records and documentation
* Support junior staff and contribute to a team environment
About You
* 2-5 years' experience in public practice accounting
* Degree qualified (or near completion)
* Working towards CA or CPA (highly regarded)
* Strong technical foundation across tax and compliance
* Experience with Xero, XPM, ATO Portal and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication skills and confidence working with clients
* Proactive, team‐focused and eager to learn
