We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Nurse Navigator in Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAODS) to join our team.
The Nurse Navigator, MHAODS, utilises specialised knowledge and advanced clinical practice in this specialty area to assist clients referred to MHAODS to navigate the system of services within the rural and remote context of the South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS).
Roma is the largest town in the Maranoa Region servicing a catchment population of almost 14,000 and offers an array of city-like conveniences with friendly country hospitality.
