Job Description
This role is a key member of our administrative team, providing crucial support to our clinical staff at Stride Hub.
Responsibilities
* Act as the central point of contact and provide exceptional secretarial and reception services.
* Take incoming calls and direct callers to relevant personnel.
* Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of clients.
* Perform general office duties including mail opening, distribution, typing, scanning, filing and archiving.
* Assist in closing and securing the building at the end of each day.
* Type medical letters for the clinical team.
* Monitor Mental Health Care Plans and sessions to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Liaise with the Clinical Service Manager to manage MBS billing and other billing systems through Medicare and funding streams.
* Liaise with the Clinical Service Manager to monitor and manage client pathways.
* Support the Clinical Service Manager in accessing General Practitioners and community stakeholders for information sharing about Stride Hub.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
