**Change Manager – Billing Automation (6-Month Max-Term Contract)

With a national network of villages and a strong purpose-led mission, we're modernising our systems, processes and ways of working to deliver greater accuracy, confidence and consistency for residents and frontline teams. As part of this work, we are undertaking a key billing automation project and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support this critical transition.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Change Manager to lead the people, communication and engagement components of this project. The role will work closely with Finance, Operations, Technology and our national village network to ensure changes are well understood, adopted and embedded.
This is a practical, delivery-focused contract role for a period of
six months
, requiring someone confident working at pace, managing competing priorities and supporting teams through change fatigue.
A prior ERP implementation created challenges in billing accuracy and stakeholder trust. The ability to rebuild confidence, both internally and externally, will be an important part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the change management approach for the Billing Automation project
* Partner with project leads and operational leaders to support alignment and delivery
* Conduct impact assessments and change readiness reviews
* Develop targeted communications, engagement and training suited to various digital literacy levels
* Monitor adoption, gather feedback and use insights to adapt and improve
* Travel across our national village network as required to support face-to-face engagement
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience delivering complex organisational change
* Experience supporting distributed or frontline workforces
* Strong capability in technology-enabled change (system implementations, process automation)
* Ability to manage resistance and support teams where trust has been affected by past projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
* Willingness to travel interstate to support onsite delivery
