Location
Maroochydore (Hybrid). You'll be based in the Maroochydore office for a minimum of three days a week, with flexibility to work from home for some of the week.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
* Provide first‐point resolution and coordinate with internal teams to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records and update multiple systems with customer information.
Key Skills
* Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using multiple systems and managing administrative tasks
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced team environment
* A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and desire to contribute
