Admin Support Professional
We are seeking an organised and process-driven Admin Support professional to assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable in Xero, maintaining data accuracy in ServiceM8, assisting with scheduling, and providing excellent customer support.
* Support Office Manager: Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
* Financial Administration: Assist with general financial administration and reporting
* Process Improvement: Contribute to improving office systems, processes, and administrative efficiency
