We are looking for a Bell Services Captain to lead driveway operations at Crown Sydney. In this fast‐paced, guest‐facing role you will oversee valet, bell and door teams, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and exceptional arrival experiences.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support teams across valet, driveway and luggage operations.
* Manage vehicle flow and ensure safe, efficient guest arrivals and departures.
* Coordinate VIP and group movements, transport and logistics.
* Partner with Front Office and hotel teams for seamless service delivery.
* Coach and develop team members to deliver five‐star service.
Qualifications
* Experience in hotel guest services, valet or front office supervision.
* Strong leadership in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments.
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
* High attention to detail and guest focus.
* Unrestricted NSW manual driver's licence with a clean record.
To be considered, you must hold an unrestricted NSW driver's licence with a clean record. As we operate 24/7, you'll need full availability across a Monday–Sunday roster.
