About the Role
This executive assistant will coordinate diaries, daily routines and provide administrative support to senior executives. They will also receive and screen phone calls, manage correspondence and communication, welcome staff and stakeholders, and administer working with children checks.

Requirements

In terms of qualifications, you will need to have a certificate III or IV in business administration or a related field. You will also need to have experience working in an administrative role, preferably in an executive support capacity.
Additionally, you will need to have a high level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
