About the Role
Join Are Media's dynamic Advertising Sales team as a Post Sale Project Manager. You'll orchestrate multi‐platform advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms, working with Account Managers, Creative teams, and the Ad Operations team to deliver results for clients such as Marie Claire, ELLE, The Australian Women's Weekly, and New Idea.
Work from the office four days a week, with one day to work from home.
Duties
* Campaign Planning & Strategy: develop comprehensive strategies across print, digital, and social platforms to meet client objectives and KPIs.
* Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, direct clients, and media buyers to ensure campaign success and repeat business.
* Campaign Execution: coordinate delivery from briefing through to completion, ensuring all creative assets, timelines, and specifications are met.
* Performance Analysis: monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Cross‐Platform Coordination: collaborate with editorial, digital, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration across Are Media's multi‐platform offerings.
Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of experience in advertising sales or project management.
* Proven track record in managing multi‐platform campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics tools.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience working across creative, brand, and sales teams.
* High attention to detail, from tracking to final delivery.
